Bioread
2010–2011
Bioread is the world's most complete open-source library for reading physiological data collected by BIOPAC data recorders. In this project, I reverse-engineered the proprietary data formats written by the BIOPAC software, and provide a friendly Python programming interface and a utility to write the data in MATLAB format.
